Job Description:

Our digital wellness company is looking for a social media intern to support the digital media staff in the development and implementation of outreach and promotional campaigns to boost brand engagement and increase revenue. 


  • Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
  • Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media websites
  • Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos, images, contests, product posts, quotes, stories, etc. on social media,
  • Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
  • Support marketing team at live and online event(s)
  • Perform social media marketing research
  • Assist with influencer campaign strategy
  • Respond to comments and DMs on social media platforms
  • Brainstorm and research ideas for original content


  • Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field such as Advertising or Journalism
  • Experience in paid search or paid social media placements is a plus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • An understanding of mental health, mental wellness, or psychology is a plus
  • Experience with the major social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Knowledge of social media analytics software including Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics to track audience engagement and campaign performance is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Canva is preferred but not required
  • Keen attention to detail and a mature approach to communication; the ability to think strategically and creatively about solving business problems; and flexibility
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
